Heart of the City | Lewisville
In June, two groups of SMP employees spent a few hours assisting at a local Charity, Heart of the City. Locally, this organization serves the Lewisville community by operating a food pantry that is open to the public once a week as well as a store where individuals can get items of clothing for themselves or their families.
Our morning group cleaned, painted, stocked and sorted clothing while our afternoon group worked in the pantry and clothing store to assist families coming through that day.
