Friends of the Family Back to School drive -Lewisville, TX
Lewisville SMP held a donation drive for the Denton County Friends of the Family Back to School drive. This agency is the sole provider in Denton County Texas of shelter and free outreach services to those who have been affected by relationship violence and/or sexual assault.
SMP employees donated online, purchased items through an “Amazon Wish List”, and brought in supplies to support this worthy cause. We were $50 short of $1000 raised at the end of our drive date and four people stepped up to push us over the top! Donations totaled $1,124.61 plus supplies! SMP threw in some additional school supplies and the agency was very appreciative of our donations.
